Elite Dangerous: Odyssey received 15 with new unpredictable threats

Frontier Development has released today the 15 update for Elite Dangerous: Odyssey, noting the next stage of the Targoid war against humanity. The commanders will reveal the secret of what is inside each of the eight whirlpools, when they enter the gigantic clouds of caustic gas, which arrived with update 14, and will face an unprecedented level of aggression of Targoids. Update 15 also brings important new functions to the game, including a completely new class of Targoid ships and additional elements of foot missions.

Having equipped their ship with a new module of the Targoid pulse neutralizer, commanders will be able to prevent the impulse of the impulse of the whirlpool on their ship, which will allow them to travel deeper into the clouds. Inside, an extraordinary sight is waiting for them, as well as new discoveries, not to mention the many Targoid ships.

Among them are Glef, the first ship of the Targoids of the Okhotnik class added to Elite Dangerous, and a formidable presence. This aggressive and agile vessel behaves differently than other Targoid fighters, applying measures that do not allow human ships to quickly leave. This replenishment of their fleet means that the commanders will have to rethink their strategic approach to numerous meetings in the game.

In addition, this update adds to Elite Dangerous: Odyssey a new type of foot missions. The commanders will find them in spaceport raised by the Targoid war, in order to deliver players to an abandoned settlement, where they are instructed to restore energy to help in the continued conflict. As soon as they arrive, they have to fight with a mysterious new version of the Targoid garbage man named Reynant, a powerful enemy sentry, for which something more is required in battle than just flight and shooting. As the commanders soon recognize, having gone to the whirlpool, the Targoid war is just beginning.
