Grzegorz Chojnacki, artist CD Projekt Red, recently visited ArtStation in order to examine the character design in Phantom Liberty, recently released expansion for the science fiction action of Cyberpunk 2077.
Having published a series of detailed renders, the artist presented in more detail the 3D model of Colonel Kurt Hansen, the ruler of the dogtaun and the main antagonist DLC. According to the artist, he was responsible for the creation of the character’s head, his clothes and cybernetic equipment, the creation of high- and low polygonal graphics, texturing and finalizing the appearance in the game.
As for the software, Grzegozh said that the model was created using Maya, Zbrush, Blender and Substance 3D Painter. It is interesting that the program also mentions Autodesk Softimage, which is quite unusual, given that this software was removed from production almost ten years ago.

As for me, the chief antagonist is the president and her faithful horseman Reed, and we meet with Kurt a couple of times and there is no particular negative for him, on the contrary, even sympathy, it is a pity that the president was not allowed to bang as Read.

I don’t understand why all the characters (except VI at one of the endings) act in their interests or interests of society like Reed, but the bad are Rid and Mayers anyway. This is how politics is arranged, everyone is ready to go on the heads and morality is just that there are no bad and good.
